MADDEN, Brenda Linda Madden

It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Mom (Mama Pete), Sister, Grandma, Great Grandma, Aunt and friend to many. Predeceased by her parents Fred & Gladys Beckstead, her sister Donna Beckstead, her niece Tamara, her three sons Ricky, Charlie & Colin (Cindy) and her husband William Madden.

Lovingly remembered by her brothers Ron (Doreen) & Bill (Karen). Her nephew Dean (Sandy) & niece Terri-Lyn (Jeff). Her children Penny (Mike), Aimee (Paul), Bonny, Terry (Sheri), Jeff (Andrea), Kelly (Bret), Marilyn (Dave) and Brad. Her grandchildren Chrissy (Dave), Nick (Ashleigh), Graham (Danya), Kassandra, Jessica, Christopher, Crystal, Ronnie, Dakota (Kyla), Zack, Andrew, Alicia, Taylor, Brody (Hana), Hunter, Devonte, Brandon (Ivory), Charley, Matthew, Lily. Great-grandchildren Jordan, Ryker, Auston, Kaitlyn, Aidan, Riley, Zoey, Sydney, Grey. Brenda will also be missed by her many friends Marg, Marilyn, Debbie, Brother Bill & Pam to name a few.

Brenda was deeply loved by everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her kindness, warmth, and generous spirit touched so many lives, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.

Her kids and grandkids were the light of her life always checking in to see how they were doing and reminding them all just how much they were loved! Brenda had a soft spot for any and all four legged animals. She loved long car rides in the country and overlooking the water and enjoyed every opportunity she could to catch a beautiful sunset.

The family would like to take this opportunity to give special thanks to her caregivers Arianna, Sarah & Shauna for their endless support, compassion and amazing care provided over the years.

In lieu of flowers a donation to The Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Humane Society of Durham Region would be appreciated.

Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd N Whitby on Saturday March 7th from 11 am until 1 pm.
A celebration of life will follow immediately at 1:00 pm
