MOULTON, Madelyn Lucille (Registered Nurse)  –  Passed away on November 4, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Healthcare.

Loved wife of Gordon. Loving mother of daughters Eileen Louise Bard (Fred Kennedy) and Carol Madelyn Rayner (Steve). Proud and adoring grandmother of Jessica, Jared and Rebecca Thomson.

Only daughter of the late Ernest and Mable (nee Kerr) Bourne. Fondly remembered by nieces Kim Carlsen (John) and Janice Wiencis  (Dan).

Madelyn graduated from Hamilton General Hospital Nursing Class 1950B. She was active in planning class reunions and will also be remembered as Dr. McLelland’s office nurse. She was a member of the Church of the Ascension and the Women’s Canadian Club. 

Remembrance visitation will be at the M.A. CLARK & SONS FUNERAL HOME (567 Upper Wellington Street), Hamilton, ON on Sunday, November 8th from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. with a service beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Family interment at a later date.  

I’d like the memory of me to be  a happy one. I’d like to leave  an afterglow of smiles when day  is gone. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways,  of happy times, and laughing times, and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun, of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
