MacINTOSH, Marion MacIntosh Obituary

MacINTOSH, Marion – Passed away peacefully in Winchester, Ontario on December 29, 2015, aged 87.

She is survived by her daughter Roberta of Brockville, Ontario and her son Andrew of Ottawa, Ontario.

Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Eva Ross, brother Donald Ross and husband Robert MacIntosh all of Ottawa, Ontario.

Marion graduated from The High School of Commerce in Ottawa before joining the Department of Immigration.

She worked briefly for the CBC in Toronto before moving to England with her husband in the late 1950’s.

After returning to Canada she became a full time housewife and in her spare time enjoyed reading and bowling.

She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

Special thanks to the staff at the Garden Villa Retirement residence in Chesterville, Ontario for their professionalism and understanding.

Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa, Ontario on Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
