KOTAR, Marko – Passed away Monday at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on October 26, 2015 at the age of 76, following a brief illness.

Marko leaves his wife, Tamara (Martina) Kotar; his daughter Tamara Kotar; Son-in-law John Steinbachs; and two grandchildren Christina and Gus Steinbachs.

He is fondly remembered by his sister Jozica and her husband Frank Dobrovnik of Oakville; nieces Ingrid and Jennifer and many friends and relatives in Slovenia, the land of his birth.

He will also be missed by his former customers and friends from My Country Deli, a Niagara Falls business he operated for 35 years.

Arrangements entrusted with Morse & Son funeral home, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario. A funeral service will be held at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, October 31st at 11 a.m. Friends and family are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Ann Roman Catholic Church in Fenwick are appreciated.
