ADAMS, Mary Adams

Adams MaryADAMS, Mary  –

October 20, 1943 – May 10, 2023

Mary Adams was born on October 20, 1943, in Toronto, and on May 10, 2023, in Burlington, Ontario, she closed her beautiful blue eyes for the last time, and is now at peace.

She was many things, including a loving mother, caring wife, passionate musician, proud grandmother and role model to many.

Mary forged a successful career and rose to the position of Human Resource Director at ARI Canada, where she worked until her retirement.

Mary is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony Ferlito, and was a loving mother to her son, Kevin (Candy); daughter, Maura (Bob); and son, Daniel (Stacey).

Proud grandmother to Julia, Carter, Ava, Declan and Cooper; along with her step-grandchildren, Skylar, Giles, Abby and Ella. Also survived by her nieces, Nicole (Jason) and Adrienne; and by her great-nephew, Sabastian.

Predeceased by her parents, Sam and Theresa Adams; and her brothers, James Michael and John Adams. She will be lovingly remembered by her many family and friends.

She truly was one of the kindest people you could have ever met, and was a shining example of what it means to be compassionate and selfless.

She believed in the power of love, and never hesitated to offer a word of comfort or encouragement to those in need. A

special thanks to Brian, Natalia and the rest of the Joseph Brant Palliative care team.

We also want to thank her caregivers, Linda Garcia and Alexandra Palino, who provided empathy, kindness, friendship and care. They went above and beyond for our beloved mom in her final days, and we are forever grateful.
