MCLNTOSH , Sheila Roselynn McIntosh

There will be a Celebration of Life for Sheila McIntosh on Friday, July 18 from 6-9pm at the Hugh Foster Hall, 141 King St. Milton, ON. Please join our family and friends as we remember Sheila and all the love she brought to this world.

Sheila Roselynn Fabel was born August 14, 1952 in Kitchener, Ontario. As the youngest of three, Sheila had a big personality from the start. Her older siblings Peter and Annette always shared entertaining stories about growing up together. Sheila was definitely the family “ham”.

In her youth, Sheila enjoyed card games, dances, and live music. In her 20s, she married Ardon Senior and had one son, Ardon Junior, who was the light of her life. Sheila supported all of Ardon’s passions, from sports to wrestling events, and was a loving aunt to many in the McIntosh, Coombs, and Schneider families.

Sheila had a special love for animals, especially her dogs Max, Kirby, and Miles. She was known for her kindness, joyful spirit, and ability to connect with everyone. Her coworkers at Pitney Bowes and Bodkin Leasing remember her as a bright, happy presence in the office.

Music brought Sheila joy—she loved watching live bands and singing shows. Her favorites included Bruno Mars, Chicago, and Boys II Men. She passed away on June 19, 2025 after a five-year battle with cancer. Sheila lived with strength and love, and her spirit continues on with those who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CNIB Guide Dogs, Oakville and Milton Humane Society, or the Canadian Cancer Society. Memorial trees can also be planted in her honour.
