Passed away peacefully at Ajax- Pickering Hospital on Tuesday December 22, 2015.

Beloved husband to Dawn.

Proud Father to Lindsey and Tyler.

Loving son to David and Maureen.

Remembered by his brother Steve (Cathy) and sister Anne (Bryan).

Will never be forgotten by his many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax), 905-428-8488 on Saturday December 26, from 5-7pm.

Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Sunday December 27 at 11am. Cremation.

In lieu of flowers donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
