LORUSSO, Michele – (1933- 2015) – Michele Lorusso from Ottawa, Ontario, originally from Barletta, Italy, peacefully surrounded by his family passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015 at The Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, at the age of 82.

Beloved husband of Annunziata, father of Angela, Luigi, and Giuseppe and father-in-law of Bill Stewart, Lyne Poirier, and Amber Crowder. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Kaylie, Madison, Gabriella, Michele, Dante, Serafina, and Arabella.

Predeceased by his loving sisters, Antonia Zagaria, Carmela Dicorato, and Filomena Matteucci and survived by his brother Domenico Lorusso, and sisters, Anna Dambra, and Tina Gervasi and his brother-in-laws and sister-in-law, Michele Dambra, Luciano Gervasi, Luigi Zagaria, Leonardo Matteucci, Franco Dicorato and Rosa Lorusso.

Friends and family can pay their respects at Kelly Funeral Home, Somerset Chapel, 585 Somerset St. W. Ottawa, Ontario on Thursday, October 8th form 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Friday, October 9th to St. Anthony’s Church, 427 Booth Street, Ottawa, Ontario for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10 am.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
