THILGENDORF, Mildred Frances Thilgendorf

THILGENDORF, Mildred Frances   –  Born May 10, 1929, Mildred Frances Hilgendorf, daughter of the late Josef and Mary (nee Holjevac) Verbik, peacefully slipped away on July 28, 2023.

Milly was predeceased by her cherished husband Charles, daughter Karen, son-in-law James, sister Anne, brothers-in-law Steve and Hugh.

She leaves behind her loving children Kurt (Sylvie), Linda (Rick), Paul, grandchildren Leah (Antony), Liam (Farrah), Damien, great-grandchildren John, Leevi, James, Charlotte and Noa.

Milly also leaves behind her sister Marilyn, cousins Peter and Kaye, her many nephews and nieces, their spouses and children, as well as a myriad of dear and devoted friends who enriched Milly’s life throughout her 94 years. Her determination, fighting spirit and winning smile will be missed by us all.

Friends will be received by the family at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Agincourt, on Monday, August 14th from 5 – 8 p.m.  Funeral Service in the Ogden Chapel on Tuesday, August 15th at 2 p.m.

If wishing to leave a charitable donation in lieu of flowers, Milly supported Cancer Research and the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
