MITREVSKI, Florinka Mitrevski

86 years. Born in Selo Nakolec, Macedonia on April 2, 1939. Passed away on November 1, 2025, at Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus surrounded by her loving family.

Reunited with her treasured husband of 58 years Spase (2017) and her beloved oldest son Lupche (2012).

Cherished Mom of Peter Mitrevski, David and wife Vesna Mitrevski.  Leechna na Baba Julia and beckaar na Baba Christian.

Predeceased by parents Spiro and Bojana Barjev and daughter-in-law to the late Kristin and Arhonda Mitrevski.

Baby sister of the late Mileva, late brothers Vasil and Jonce.

Survived by mutually respected sister-in-laws Gona and Kola, as well as Mileva’s daughter, her niece (like a daughter to Mom) Rodna.

Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and very dear friends in Canada, USA, Macedonia and Australia.

Flora was a long-time member and supporter of St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church.

Mom was retired from Versa Foods (GM Trim) as a cook.  Also, a valued employee of Sofos, CanUsa and Viscount.

A special thank you to all the Nurses and Dr’s at Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus-too many to mention, Prince Road Rehab, therapists, personal support workers, paramedics and fire and rescue.

On Wednesday November 5, 2025, visitation will be held at Families First Funeral Home 3260 Dougall Ave (South Windsor) 519-969-5841 from 2-5 and 6-8 with prayers at 7:30 PM. On Thursday November 6, 2025, visitation will continue from 9:30 until 11 AM then leaving in funeral procession for funeral mass at St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church (5225 Howard Ave, LaSalle, ON), at 11:30 AM. Rev. Emil Atanasov officiating. Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
