NESSATH, Erma Pearl Nesseth (McLaughlin)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Erma Pearl Nesseth (McLaughlin) of Renfrew, Ontario, who peacefully passed away at Hospice Renfrew on June 15, 2025, at the age of 87.

Erma was the beloved daughter of the late Hugh Calvin McLaughlin and the late Ethel Louise McLaughlin (Eady), and the dearest wife of the late Roger Nesseth.

She was the cherished mother of Kimberley Donnelly, Jeffrey Lauzon (Asilica), and Marie-France Lauzon-Charette (Alexandre). Proud grandmother of Daniel, Kairos, and Jace. She was also a loving sister of Iva (Brian) and Minerva (Ervin) and was predeceased by her siblings: Murray, Harvey, Victor, Rodney, Raymond (Philomena), Eleanor, William (Evelyn), Doreen, Bert (Elaine), Gerald (Gwen), and Calvin (Connie).

Erma is also survived by her step-children: Mariette (Gary), Rick (Jennifer), Suzanne (François), Lynn (Brad), Mark, and Linda. She was a grandmother to Krystal, Justine, Alyson, Marc-André, Janet, Patrick, Lake, Brittany, Paige, Bobby (late), Brian, Aiden, and Annabelle, and a great-grandmother to Ellah, Lennox, Raylin, Ophelia, Maxwell, Carson, Wyndham, and Taya.

Erma was fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She loved life and cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Pentecostal Church, 56 Wrangler Road, Renfrew, Ontario.
