OLIVER, Donald Carl Oliver

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Carl Oliver, who left us peacefully on February 21, 2025, at the age of 73.

Don is now reunited with his beloved parents, Harriet and John. He will be forever remembered by his loving wife Frances (his Princess) of 50 years, his cherished son Scott & daughter-in-law Lisa, and his adored granddaughters Savanna and Chloe. He is also survived by his brothers Bob and Jack and will be deeply missed as an uncle, brother-in-law, and friend to the Oliver, Chislett, and Lundrigan families, as well as many others who knew him.

Don was known for his love of racehorses, animals, playing horseshoes, and sports. He was a passionate fan of his hometown teams, the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. Above all, he loved spending time with family, friends, and those around him. His kindness and generous spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Don was an active member of his community, volunteering with the Salvation Army and running businesses such as snow removal and dog walking. His selfless nature and dedication to helping others will always be remembered.

May Don rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all.

In memory of Don, flowers may be sent to the family, or a tree can be planted in his honor through our floral store.
