Peacefully, with her family by her side at AgeCare Aurora LTC on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at age 95. Eithne (nee Lawless), dearly loved wife of the late Brendan O’Riordan (1975) of Aurora. Loved mother of Myles O’Riordan and his wife Susan of Port Perry, Delma and her husband Perry Wigram of Aurora, Helen and her husband Paul Yaremko of Brooklin and the late Rory (1970). Loving Nana of Brendan (Rachel), Matthew (Amanda), Ciara, Mikael and Rory (Maddy). Eithne is survived by her brother Myles Lawless and his wife Winnie in Ireland and she was predeceased by her brother John Lawless and his wife Maud, her sister Peggy and her husband Jim Shortt and her sister Lucy and her husband Larry Hoey. Dear sister-in-law of Sister Victor “Delma” O’Riordan O.P., the late Michael O’Riordan and his wife Maura, the late Father Jude O’Riordan O.F.M., and the late Tommy O’Riordan and his wife Ursula. Eithne will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and by her many friends of all ages.

The family of Eithne O’Riordan will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, March 4^th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1710 Scugog Street (Hwy 7A) in Port Perry on Thursday, March 5^th at 11 a.m. with Father Silva officiating. Interment Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Operation Eyesight Universal or to the Auxiliary to Lakeridge Health Port Perry.
