PARKINSON: Donald John “Don” – passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Sakura House, Woodstock on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Don Parkinson of Port Rowan and formerly of Cambridge and Woodstock in his 85th year.

Loving husband of Sandra (Gillies) Parkinson, whom he married on June 20, 1964. Dear father of Brian (Elisa) of Cambridge and Paul (Christine) of Burlington. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Tanner, Eric, Tristen and Briar.

Survived by his sister Frances Dittenhoffer (Doug) of Cambridge. Predeceased by his parents Harold & Helen Rose (Pattison) Parkinson and brother-in-law Alex Dittenhoffer.

At Don’s request, all funeral arrangements will remain private with interment later in the Anglican Cemetery, Woodstock.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Sakura House, Woodstock or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
