PARNELL, Dorothy Mae Parnell

Parnell – Peacefully but unexpectedly, surrounded by her loving family, at the Bluewater Health – Palliative Care Unit in Sarnia, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Dorothy Mae Parnell, age 69 years, of Corunna.

Much loved wife of 36 years to Bill Parnell. Dear mother of Jen Blackmore (Matt) and Stephanie Lynn, both of Sarnia. Cherished grandmother of Nickolas, Nathan, and Ryder.

Dorothy was the loving sister of Mary Robertson of Sarnia, Jackie (Fred) Lambert of British Columbia, and Gini (Mike) Roy of Sarnia. Fondly remembered by brothers-in-law Leo Lozier and Ken Sole, both of Sarnia.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Lozier and Gerry Sole.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna, on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., where a memorial service will follow with Rev. Jill Rogers officiating.

Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Bluewater Health Oncology Department or to the Sarnia and District Humane Society.
