PARTRIDGE, Murray William Partridge
June 10, 1948 - March 6, 2026Predeceased by his parents Bill and Betty, his father and mother-in-law Ray and Mary Ann Uhrig, his sisters-in-law: Brenda Partridge and Bonnie Partridge, Judi (Roger), Connie, and treasured Aunt Barb (Whiz) and Gwen.
He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.
A lifelong fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and a master of the perfectly timed joke, Murray lived a life defined by laughter and loyalty. He spent his happiest hours tracking down long-lost ancestors or gathering with his family. He loved to sit down with loved ones to share his love of sitcoms and comedic movies. He leaves behind a rich family history, that he worked tirelessly to document, and a legacy of humor that we will carry forward every time we hear ‘Bazinga’.
Murray’s family extends their deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Parkwood Mennonite Home for the exceptional and compassionate care they provided. We also wish to share a heartfelt thank you to the Bauman Homestead; their support gave Dad a vibrant community and a wide variety of fulfilling activities that truly enriched his life.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Private cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later time. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society Waterloo Wellington would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
