MILLWARD, Patsy Jane (nee Pitcher) – At the Ottawa Hospital (General Campus) on Sunday October 11, 2015. She was 60.

She leaves her loving husband of 37 years, Terry Millward. Dear mother of Terry Jr. (Kylie) and the late Crystal Millward. Daughter of Charles and Dorothy (McPhee) Pitcher. Survived by 4 sisters, Sharon, Sarah (Dale), Fay (Steve), Barbara (Graham) and 3 brothers, David, Bill and Gordon (Tammy). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario on Wednesday October 14th from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm and on Thursday October 15th from 10am – 10:45am. Funeral Thursday October 15th in the chapel of the funeral home at 11am followed by cremation. Committal, St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault, at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
