PEPPER, Lorna Pepper

Passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 29, 2026 at the age of 81.

Born in Smiths Falls, Lorna was the of daughter of the late Fred and Marion (née Mahoney) McKinney.

Beloved wife of the late Roy Pepper (2008).

Loving and dedicated mother to Colleen Forbes and Lee Bolton.

Cherished grandmother to Jeff Buller (Sylvie) and Corey Forbes.

Great grandmother to four boys.

Dearly missed by her siblings Pam Johnston (late Jack), Larry McKinney and Lynne Barry (Mike).

Will be remembered fondly by Uncle Warren Mahoney, several nieces, nephews and many special friends far and wide as well as Piper her cat.

Lorna owned and operated Tasty Lunch with Roy and Lee, often giving away more food than she sold. She will be remembered for her generous nature, spicy personality and off-colour jokes.

As per Lorna’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Donations made in memory of Lorna to Feral to Forever Cat Rescue (cheque payable to R.O.C.K. Missions with Feral to Forever in the memo line) would be appreciated by the family.
