CANTISANO, Peter  – After many challenges, including a double lung transplant, Peter passed on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Dorothy Ley Hospice.

Cherished husband to Amelia.

Loving father to Frank (Mary), Dino (Rose), MaryAnn (Derek Gregoris) and JoAnne (John DiFonzo).

Beloved Papa to Peter, Luigi, Natasha, Nicholas, Alexander, Adriano and Mark Anthony, Alexandra Gregoris and Zachary and Victoria DiFonzo.

Sadly missed brother to Michael and Connie. Dear son to the late Frank and Mary (nee LoFranco).

Funeral Service and rite of committal will be held in Thornhill, on Tuesday, December 29th.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to The Dorothy Ley Hospice, 220 Sherway Drive, Etobicoke, ON M9C 0A7 would be appreciated by the family.
