FOREMAN, Peter Hubert Foreman

FOREMAN, Peter Hubert   –  It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peter Hubert Foreman on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the age of 87.

Beloved husband of Vera. Father to Peter, Paul, Don (predeceased Cindi) and Laura (Richard). Stepfather to Steven (Tannia), Craig and Philip (Michelle).

Cherished grandfather to Chad, Deirdre, Meagan, Keenan, Michael, Leighann, Joshua, Madison, Michael, Bryanna, Ben and Katelyn.

Predeceased by parents, Donald and Margaret; and brothers, Joseph and Tom. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Pete was a member of the Faustina Hockey Club for 47 years, where he coached, refereed, organized, and helped influence and shape the lives of many young hockey players. When not involved with hockey, Pete had a passion for golf with his friends and family, especially his son, Paul.

One of his favourite pastimes was to watch golf and the Toronto Maple Leafs with his beloved dog, Tessa, sitting on his lap.

Many thanks to the staff at Beechwood Retirement Home and the Reactivation Care Centre on Church Street in York for their dedication and the wonderful care he received there.

In lieu of flowers, the Family would appreciate a donation to Trillium Health Partners. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 3rd from 5 – 8 p.m. at Catholic Cremation Services, 6933 Tomken Rd., Mississauga, with the funeral on Monday, December 4th at 10 a.m. in the chapel at the same location.
