The passing of Michael Phelan of Brockville, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 6, 2026 at the age of 83. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilfred and Leone Running Phelan; his in-laws, Rodolph and Francoise Dubeau; and his aunts, Myrtle McNish Dunn (Les) and Alma Leng (Jack).

He is survived by: his children, Stephen Phelan, Norman MacDonald, John Phelan, Tracy MacDonald (Troy), Jennifer Atyeo (Chris) and Julie Racine (Marc); his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Jack, Jessica, Karen Lee, Krystal, Jacob, Anna, Nick, Zoë, Emily, Elisha, Michael, Michaella, Ashley, Ashton, Cameron and Nicolas; his sister Kathy Trickey (Jimmie); his wife Annette; his former wife Linda; and his son Steve. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home – Brockville (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V1R2). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
