CARICARI, Pino Caricari

CARICARI, Pino (GIUSEPPE)   –  It is with heavy hearts but the fondest of memories that we announce the passing on July 12, 2023, of Pino Caricari, our kind, handsome and loving husband, Dad, Nonno, Fratello, Zio and friend, too soon, at age 81.

He will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by Rosemarie, his wife and best friend of 53 years; his children, Vince (Deandra) and Ralph (Renee); his beautiful grandchildren, Roxanne and Veronica, whom he loved so much, who brought him so much joy and who we wished he had more time with; his siblings, Iolanda (Paulo), Roma (Giuseppe), Maria (Mimmo) and Mario (Maria); his brothers-in-law, Pino (Lina) and Michael; and his sister-in-law, Gisela; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Vincenzo and Immacolata; his siblings, Frank (Italia), Ada (Guiseppe) and Antonio (Angela); and his brother-in-law, Rico. Pino was born on June 5, 1942, in Siderno, Calabria, Italy.

His family was so important to him and he cherished, loved and worked hard to support them. But, what was also remarkable about him was how much he cared for the people around him and treated them all as family – his clients, his neighbours, his friends.

He was an extraordinary Dad and Nonno. May you rest in peace, dear Pino. All of our love, with hearts overflowing, Your Family

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Glen Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
