PLANT , Aaron Ryan Plant

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passsing of our son Aaron Ryan Plant (May 25, 1984 – August 11, 2025).

Aaron will be greatly missed by his parents Jim Plant of Kirkland Lake, Tammy Thompson of Kirkland Lake, his brothers Mike Plant (Kim) of Brantford, Alan Plant of Brantford, Jack Plant of Kirkland Lake, Chris Milla of Brantford as well as his sister Sarah Plant of Brantford and Patty Milla (biological Mother) of Brantford. Aaron will also be missed by his grandparents Tom and Cathy Thompson of Kirkland Lake, Dan Deering of Kirkland Lake as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Also left to mourn are Aaron’s good friends Richard Laffernier and Jenny Tickner.

He is predeceased by his brother Sean Plant and his sister Lea Thompson.

Aaron was a happy person who enjoyed life as he wanted, on his terms. He loved his family and friends, and was there to help out any chance he had. He was the clown at most parties, and he was known to be the one who tried to keep the peace and discourage disagreements.

Aaron will be forever missed.

There will be a Funeral Service held at the Gospel Hall (521 Government Rd W, Kirkland Lake) on Thursday August 21st @ 2:00 pm, followed by a light lunch. All are welcome.
