It is with sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Mae Irene Pletsch at Strathroy Hospital on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late John Allan Gee, with whom she shared five wonderful years of marriage.

Dear stepmother to Lisa (Dean) Houlliston, and cherished Grandma to Andrew and Carly “Carbar” (Graham). Mae was a warm, kindhearted woman whose gentle spirit and kindness touched everyone she met. She lived a quiet life and enjoyed a nice glass of white wine.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her beloved dog Teddy. A special thanks to Nikki and Ann for their support and care.

As per Mae’s wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
