POWELL, Kevin Michael Powell

Passed away on December 27, 2025, at the age of 48. A resident of Bowmanville, Ontario, Kevin was a dedicated Durham Regional Police Officer, serving his community with honour and distinction.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Katie, his children, Alyssa and Brynn. He was a proud grandfather to Jace, Zane, and Rayna. Kevin will be deeply missed by his parents, Steven and Noella, and his siblings, Julie and Michael.

Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, located at 847 King Street West, Oshawa, ON, on January 2, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Further visitation will take place at Trulls Road Free Methodist Church (2301 Trulls Road, Courtice) on January 3, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 1:00 pm.

Kevin’s legacy of service and dedication to his family and community will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
