PRATT, Pamela ‘Pam’ Pratt Obituary

PRATT, Pamela ‘Pam’ – With heavy hearts, we mourn Pam’s passing on September 30, 2015.

Beloved twin sister to Penny Hardwick (Chris), and loving sister to Doreen Higginbottom and Diana Smith. Leaving behind several beloved nieces and nephews. Dedicated employee of Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital (WRH – Ouellette Campus) as a ward clerk of pre-admission.

At Pam’s request, cremation has already taken place.

Any donations would be graciously accepted at the Renal Dialysis Unit Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital or the Transition to Betterness Foundation.

A special thanks to Dr. Callaghan, Dr. Evoy, Rose Kadri and Maureen Livingston for their compassion. Our heartfelt thanks to the nurses of 7 East for their concern and care.
