PROCIO, Jan Procio

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved, Jan Procio, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 67, at home in Crystal Beach. He was loved and cherished by many people including his wife Anna, his daughter Justyna (Daniel), grandchildren Azoria & Odessa, brothers Andrzej (Miroslawa), Slawomir-predecessed (Anna), and many nieces and nephews.

Jan’s life was a testament to resilience, dedication, and love. He immigrated to Canada to give his family a better life, and every step of his journey reflected his selflessness. He was incredibly hardworking and did everything with his family at the heart of it.

Known as a man of all trades, Jan had the rare ability to fix or build just about anything. His hands and mind seemed to hold endless knowledge, and he shared that gift generously. He also carried with him a warmth that made him a friend to everyone he met. Whether through a kind word, a helping hand, or one of his many jokes, he had a way of making people feel welcome and loved.

Jan cherished the simple joys of life—casting his line while fishing, watching the Animal Channel, and spending time with his family. Though sometimes stubborn, his affection and devotion were unmistakable. He loved deeply, worked tirelessly, and laughed often.

Jan will forever be remembered for his humour, his kindness, and the unwavering love he gave to those closest to him. His legacy of strength, laughter, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
