WORDEN, Rachel – Passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Monday, December 21, 2015, Rachel Worden in her 76th year.

Beloved wife of the late Ronald Worden.

Cherished mother of Linda (Ed) Kubiak and Mark (Jen) Worden. Proud nana of Jacob and Amanda Kubiak. Loving sister of Bob (Vicki) Patterson.

Predeceased by her brother Don, Ken and Jack Patterson and her sister Pat Titus. Special friend to Anne (Bill) and Karen . She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London.

The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to The Heart and Stoke Foundation or to The Lung Association.
