RADFORD, Declan Peter “Sweet Pea” –

It is with broken hearts and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of our son, Declan Peter Radford “Sweet Pea” on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at McMaster Children’s Hospital.

Born into the arms of angels, Declan was greeted at the gates of heaven by his sibling Jordan Micah Radford “Little Bean”, and his great-grandparents.

Declan will always be remembered by his mom and dad, Jennifer and Devon Radford. Cherished grandson of Betty and Dan Halk, as well as Linda Trouten-Radford and Donald Radford. Dear nephew of Kevin Halk and cousin of Sam and Anna Halk. Declan will also be lovingly remembered by his many extended family.

Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and other staff of the Labor and Delivery Unit at McMaster Children’s Hospital who were so supportive to us during this difficult time, along with our loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Temple Baptist Church, 400 Holiday Inn Drive, Cambridge, at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to McMaster Children’s Hospital in memory of Declan.
