RAGGUETT, Everlena ‘Ever’ Ragguett

In Loving Memory of Everlena โ€œEverโ€, a proud mother, friend, and caregiver, who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 66. A woman of great strength and warmth, Everlena leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a lifetime of service to her community.

Everlena was the proud owner of โ€œQuality of Life Health and Human Servicesโ€ for over 22 years, a business she regarded as a calling. Through her work, she touched the lives of many, offering care and support to those in need. Her compassion, independence, and resourcefulness were the cornerstones of her life. Everlena was known for her loud, joyful laugh and her ability to make family out of friends. She cherished every moment, from gardening to sewing, traveling the world, and spotting four-leaf clovers along her way.

She is survived by her daughter Renee, her brothers Daniel Kydd, Oโ€™Brian Kydd, Eldon Ragguette, Tom Amell, Vernon Gregg, Cyprian Alves, and her sisters Penola Dove Derrick, Leona Eileen Ash, Tammy Hein, Tabitha Gregg, Princess Farrell, Dulcina Ragguette, Valarie Gregg, and Mabel Alves. Ever will also be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends Diana Marshall, Andre Nadler, Roseanne Amell, Dorit Healey, and Gertrude Gregg, among many others.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to A Memorial Bench in Everlena’s honor, to be placed in the park next to Hillsdale LTC, where she spent many cherished moments with her clients. Donations can be made through her Go Fund Me Page.

Though Everlena’s laugh may now echo only in our memories, her light continues to shine through the many lives she touched. We will miss her dearly, love her always, and carry her spirit with us forever.
