BORLAND, Ralph Douglas  –  Passed away in his home, after his 3rd battle with breast cancer, on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at the age of 95.

He will always be missed by his daughters, Susan (Ken) and Wendy (Arnold).

Cherished grandfather of Melissa (Cam), Christopher (Crystal), Matthew (Steph), and Andrew (Kim); and great-grandfather of Abbigail, Cohen, Connor and Harper.

Ralph is survived by his brother, Donald (Marian); and predeceased by his sister, Bernice (Bert); and brother, Howard (Marsha).

Ralph was a former employee of Outdoor Neon, Neon Products & Steel Art Signs.

Happily retired to the old Homestead farm in Vasey, where he enjoyed working on his hobby farm and helping neighbors with their chores. Ralph is now reunited with his wife, June; and cat, Luckie.

Family will receive friends at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland, on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held following the Visitation at the Vasey United Cemetery, 5096 Vasey Rd., Victoria Harbour.

In lieu of flowers or donations, Ralph would want you to take your family out and remember all the good times you’ve had together.
