REGNIER, Rheta Regnier

Passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 81.  Rheta was born in Sarnia and was a daughter of the late Cecil and Margaret (Brelton) Holmes.

Beloved wife of Don Regnier.  Predeceased by her son Douglas McGill.  Stepmother of Michel (Brenda) Regnier, Kay (Brad) Clark and the late Robert (Barb Anderson) Regnier.  Kind sister of Pat Holmes and Ted (Jill) Holmes and sister-law of Frank Wilson, Wilfred (Carrie) Durance, Diane (the late Rene) Kleuskens, Annette (Paul) Specht, Rose (Walter) Northcott, the late Ernest Durance, the late Mary Toulouse (the late Bob) and the late Marie Marriott (Lloyd Seaton).  Also survived by many step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her sisters Linda Wilson, Barbara Nicholas, Mary (Fred) Fallone and Margaret (Mel) Griffiin.

The late Rheta Regnier rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.  Cremation will take place.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be left at www.ericfnichollsfuneralhome.com.
