CUPPLES, Reta Pearl Cupples

CUPPLES, Reta Pearl (nee STEVENSON)  – Passed away peacefully, at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, on Sunday, July 9, 2023, in her 92nd year.

She was married to the late Donald Cupples for 62 years.

Dear mother of Rick and his wife, Linda of Toronto, Donna and her husband, David Chatland of Lindsay and Darla Weir and her husband, Raleigh Medwid of Toronto.

Fondly remembered by 8 grandchildren: Karen (Ian), Greg (Sharon), Jennifer (Jeff), Janice (Brian), Kristy (Tom), Daniel (Susan), Amanda (Andrew) and Wyatt (Katrina).

Cherished great-grandmother of Tori, Cohen, Reese, Caden, Miracle, Jessie, Faith, Nicholas, Jordyn, River; and great-great-grandmother of Weston.

Predeceased by her sisters, Erma and Norma.

There will be a Visitation held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 40 William St. N., on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. until time of Service at 12:00 noon, Reception to follow. Burial will take place in Sutton, at 4:30 p.m., Saturday.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Ross Memorial Hospital and the very caring nurses of the palliative care unit.

Memorial donations made to the King Albert School Breakfast Program or the community soup kitchen at St. Andrew’s, would be appreciated by the family.
