RIGHETTI, Michelle Righetti

After a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure, Michelle Righetti passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, in White Rock, BC, Canada, where she lived for the past 18 years.

Born on April 11, 1968, in London, Michelle was predeceased by her mother, Jacqueline. She was a loving wife to Raymond, devoted mother to Luisa and Ben, a cherished daughter to Peter Rawlings, step-daughter to Gwen, and sister to Jeff.

Michelle was born and raised in London, where she met many of her lifelong friends and began

her career in banking. She met her husband Raymond, and together they started their family in

Hornchurch. In 2007, Michelle and her family immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, though she

never let go of her English roots – she loved British TV, radio, and, of course, a good cup of tea.

In Canada, Michelle discovered her love for outdoor life; including, camping, skiing, hiking,

cycling, dragon boating, and kayaking. She was always up for an adventure and forever planning her next vacation.

Michelle will be remembered for her wisdom, warmth, and generosity. She was the first to offer advice, the first to lend a hand, and the first on the dance floor. Her resilience and positivity in the face of her long battle with breast cancer was inspiring to all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th at 1:00 PM at Victory Memorial Park & Funeral Centre in Surrey, BC. The service will be open to all who wish to attend and pay their respects.

The family extends heartfelt thanks for the outpouring of love, support, and kind messages during this difficult time and throughout Michelle’s long and courageous journey.
