RILEY, Donna Jane Riley

Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Donna Jane Riley passed away at the age of 71. Donna spent many dedicated years working at Lambton College. Outside of her professional life, Donna had a deep passion for antiques and gardening, hobbies she cherished throughout her life. She found peace in walking through her beloved neighbourhood and the local parks within Sarnia. Donna’s love for dogs was a constant source of joy and companionship. She also enjoyed spending quiet moments with her favorite pastimes of puzzles, reading, and colouring. Her neighbours were not only her friends but her extended family. Donna shared a special bond with them for many years, and her kindness, smile, and friendship will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Above all, Donna’s children and grandchildren were the heartbeats of her life. She was predeceased by her late husband, James Riley, and will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends, whose lives were enriched by her presence. The last chapter of her life truly proved her inner strength and courage time and time again. To all that helped and supported Donna throughout this time, our sincere and warmest thanks, couldn’t have done without you. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Donna’s life will be announced at a later date.
