RISTOSKA, Marica Ristoska

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Marica Ristoska, born in Vratnica, Macedonia, who peacefully passed away on December 27, 2025. Marica was a loving wife to Radivoja, a caring mother to her late son Nebojsa (Lidija) and her daughter Biljana (Saso), and a cherished Baba to Dejan (Michelle), Angela (Kevin), Phillip, Julia (Kyle), and Natalie. She was also a proud “Super Baba” to Liliana, Mila, and Aleksander. She came to Canada with her husband and children in March of 1973 and devoted her life to her family, home, and traditions. Marica will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and unconditional love. Her family was her greatest blessing, and she found her greatest joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family will forever cherish memories of shared meals, laughter, and celebrations, all made special by Marica’s cooking – her most generous expression of love. Around her table, memories were made, traditions were passed down, and family was always brought together. The family would like to extend sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at Windsor Regional Hospital’s Metropolitan and Ouellette Campuses for their compassionate care.
