DAVIDSON, Rodney Andrew  –

February 3, 1942 – November 8, 2023

With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father, Rodney Davidson, at the age of 81.

Known to most as “Ron”, he was employed for 30 years as a letter carrier with Canada Post.

In retirement, he became an auctioneer and was the owner of Hero Fine Collectibles in Dwight, Ontario.

Ron was predeceased by his beloved wife of 25 years, Helen Robinson.

Proud father to Scott (Joan), Katherine (Mike), Andrew; and dear grandchildren, Nicole, Lucas, Brogan and Daniel.

He will be sadly missed by his first wife and lifelong friend, Ruth Davidson Bowman, and her family.

A private Memorial Mass will be held in Kingston, Ontario, on November 18th, followed by interment at Resthaven Cemetery, in Toronto, at a later date.

If desired, donations in his name may be made to Parkinson Canada or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
