McGILL, Rodney – At the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 8, 2015, Rod McGill of Iroquois, age 58.

Loving husband of Gwen McGill (nee Smollett). Loving father of Sarah McGill (Nick Shields) of Morrisburg, Kristy McGill of Edmonton, Alberta and Nicholas McGill (Lesley) of Mayerthorpe, Alberta.

Rod will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Shayna, Gavin, Sawyer and Abigail. Survived by his stepfather Bernie MacDonald of St. Andrews, his sister Gail Bernique (Ernie) of Alexandria, his brother Orville McRae (Holly) of Cornwall and his nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, 10 Beach Avenue, Iroquois, Ontario on Monday, October 12th from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Iroquois, on Tuesday, October 13th at 11 a.m.

Donations to the Ottawa Mission, Knox Presbyterian Church Sunday School Fund, or the Trillium Gift of Life Network would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
