MALLETTE, Ronald  – It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Ron Mallette, on Monday, July 10, 2023.

Ron was born in Montreal He was the beloved husband of Francine Mallette; as well as his late wife, Christine Mallette (predeceased); and cherished father to their two children, Tanya (son-in-law David) and Michael (daughter-in-law Marion).

An adored grandpa, fondly referred to as “Grandpa Cool,” Ron, leaves behind his four grandchildren: Makaila, Addyson, Loren, and Violet.

Ron will be greatly missed by his brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Deedee Mallette; his brother and sister-in-law, Danielle and Marcel Gauvin; his sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Will (also Ron’s childhood best friend) Dawe.

Ron will also be affectionately remembered by all his wonderful nieces and nephews.

Ron had an accomplished career with British Airways.

A Celebration of Life for Ron will be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, located at 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, on Monday, July 24, 2023. There will be a Viewing at 10:00 a.m. and a Service at 11:00 a.m.
