ROULEAU, Paul James Rouleau
January 23, 1956 - December 3, 2025
It is with deep sadness that we had to say goodbye to Paul. He died knowing we cared and loved him. The joke goes that with all his falls and accidents as a kid no one expected him to live past 10. Well the joke’s on everyone now eh Paul, as you managed to extend that to almost 70!
Paul was pre-deceased by his father Melvin J. Rouleau and his brother-in-law Carmen Mastroieni.
He leaves behind his 2 sons, Scott & Thomas Rouleau, 2 granddaughters, Lily Dawn and Emily. His Mother Joan Rouleau will miss her live-in son’s companionship. He also leaves behind his sisters and brothers, Mary Lou Fenbow (Jim), JoAnne Mastroieni (Carmen), Jim Rouleau (Deb) and Peter Rouleau (Alice). Along with 7 nieces and nephew, 10 Great nieces and nephews.
Paul was an avid sports fan, Go Leafs Go, and never thought they wouldn’t win the Stanley cup someday and loved the Jay’s. Nascar was also a favourite and he collected everything he could for all these sports.
He loved to fish, anywhere any time! His fish stories were legendary! Always brought home enough fish fillets of Monck Lake Bass at the end of the summer to have a fish fry at Walton St.
Paul was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back and never ask for anything in return.
Paul had many friends that stuck by him since high school and some new ones that have only been around a few years. Thanks to Mike Stoyles and Ivana Horwath for being there for him this past year.
Also thanks to the OTMH, ER and ICU staff for taking such good care of him.
He will be cremated and his ashes with go to his favourite place on earth, Monck Lake.
