Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at the Woodstock Hospital. Mike Routly at age 49, of Innerkip and formerly of Bright.

Beloved husband of Kiersten (Cameron) Routly whom he married July 1, 2000. Loving father of Alyssa, Kayla and Sara all of Innerkip. Cherished son of Ron & Lynn Routly of Innerkip. Remembered by his brothers and sisters-in-law Kate & Steve Lupson of London and Troy & Cindy Cameron of Strathroy and his nieces Tristin (Andrew) and Danica.

Predeceased by his grandparents Bill & Lucille Routly and Ken & Phyllis Koebel and mother and father-in-law Ken & Helen Cameron.

Mike was a dedicated 17 year Police Officer with the Woodstock Police Service, the final 7years as a Detective Constable. He had been a member of both the Bright and Innerkip Fire Departments for a combined 28 years of service retiring as Deputy District Chief. He served as the President of the Woodstock Police Association and also served as a Councillor in the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock.

A private family service will take place in the Plattsville Chapel of the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William St. N. Plattsville. Interment will take place in Chesterfield Cemetery.
