ROWLAND, Roger William Rowland

He was welcomed into eternity by his Lord & Saviour Jesus on Friday January 9, 2026, aged 91 years. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Katherine Ann Rowland (nee MacMillan). Proud father of Brett Rowland (Maureen) and Tracy Metcalf (John). Cherished grandfather of Jessica (Dan), Paul (Tahne), Jonathan (Kelly), Nicholas (Alejandra), Jeff (Meagan), Caity (Annie) and great-grandfather of Jade, Bennett, Amelia, Alessia, Ruby, Eli and Aaron. Bill is survived by his brother Noel (Anne) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Claude and Alta, brothers Ernie, Bob, Gerald, Mac and sister Joan.

Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville, Friday, January 16, 2026. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Celebration of Life will follow in the Chapel at 12:00 p.m. Interment to take place in the Spring at Oak Leaf Cemetery, Athens.
