RUCKEMANN, Anita Kristina Elisabet Orlik Rückemann

It is with heavy hearts, we share the passing of Anita Kristina Elisabet Orlik Rückemann on January 6th, 2026. She left us suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Anita was the beloved spouse of Steve Tomsa. A devoted and loving mother to Christian Orlik Rückemann and his wife Debbie, Tommy Orlik Rückemann and his wife April, and Veronica Capitano and her husband Carmen. She was a cherished Mormor to her grandchildren Andrew, Alex, Isabella, Nicholas, Jessica, Joshua, Zachary, and Parker, as well as a proud great grandmother.

Anita moved through life with a gentle smile, a positive spirit, a warm sense of humour, and a quiet strength. Her kindness, warmth, and steady presence touched everyone who knew her. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.

In keeping with Anita’s wishes, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
