RUSSO, Francesco Russo

It is with heavy hearts we announce that Francesco Russo, in his 89th year, passed away with loved ones by his side on June 20, 2025.

He is now reunited with his beloved wife Ida, with whom he shared 56 cherished years. Francesco was a loving father to Giuseppe (Riza) and Carmine (Patricia), and had a special place in his heart for his beautiful grandchildren, Vanessa and Francesco.

He will be fondly remembered and never forgotten by his sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home, 7300 Highway 27, Woodbridge, Ontario.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 10:30am in the Chapel of Our Lady of Consolation at Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home, followed by entombment at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery – St. Anthony’s Mausoleum.
