SMITH, Sally Jean  – Peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice, Huntsville, on December 30, 2015.

Sally Smith of Huntsville in her 54th year.

Cherished mother of Sarah and her fiancé Matt.

Beloved sister of Susan and her husband Ronald Cromwell, Nancy and her husband Peter Mandl.

Loving aunt of James, Phillip, Zachary and Sally.

Cherished daughter of William and Ginny. Predeceased by her mother Dede.

Family will receive friends at St. John’s York Mills Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Dr., North York, on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from noon to 2:30 p.m. in the Garnsworthy Room.
