TOMLINSON, Samuel  –  Passed peacefully, at Amica Little Lake, Barrie, on February 16, 2024, at the age of 77.

Predeceased by Patricia Tomlinson (nee Smith), his beloved wife of 55 years.

Honoured father of David Tomlinson (Kim), and Julie Lindgren (Clint).

Cherished “Poppa” of David Jr. (Emily), Jacob, Lucas, Clinton Jr., and Madeline. Great-grandfather of Max Samuel Tomlinson. Brother of Bill Tomlinson (Lynda) and Frank Tomlinson.

Friends are invited to a visitation at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 6 – 8 p.m., and on Saturday, March 2nd, from 10 a.m. until the time we celebrate Samuel’s life, in the Chapel at 11 a.m.

Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception gathering in the lounge. Interment in Barrie will take place in the Spring.

If desired, donations in lieu of flowers, may be directed to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, and are greatly appreciated by the family.
