She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Welsh and Beverley Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Shillinglaw; her children, Derek (Ann) and Erin Deadman; her grandchildren, Kamryn (Alex), Mackenzie, Adam, Paige, Kayla, Curtis and Owen; and her siblings, Linda Bain, Kathy (Dave Bemrose) and Bobby Welsh (Donna).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre in memory of Beverley will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
