SIEBARTH, Jerry Addison Siebarth

December 6, 1962 - October 1, 2025
SIEBARTH, Jerry Addison Siebarth

He was born to Jack Siebarth and June Siebarth (née Coyle) on December 6, 1962, in Bowmanville, Ontario.

An avid sports fan, he found a love of baseball at a young age that he carried through playing and coaching across many levels. After an enviable Slo-Pitch career with some of his closest friends, Jerry grew into a role of teaching and coaching that he cherished forever.

His community involvement transitioned from coaching to volunteering his time in support of local causes and organizations, as is evident through his passionate support of Tammie’s Jammies. This organization helps to provide new pairs of pajamas for children and youth throughout the holiday season in tandem with the Children’s Aid Society.

Jerry spent his life working hard for those closest to him and his support for those he loved was evident by how he spent his time. He could always be found on the side of any football field or baseball diamond where his son or nephews played or at the front of the crowd for any of his daughter’s performances. More recently, Jerry and his spouse Gwen could be found supporting various sports teams, from the Toronto Blue Jays to the Port Hope Panthers. He spent the last few years showing off his greatest pride and joy, his beautiful granddaughters, to everyone he came across. His love and support for his family was endless.

Preceded by his mother, June, Jerry’s loving spirit is carried on by his father, Jack; his spouse, Gwen (Victoria and Jeff); his sister, Gail (Joe); his children, Heather and Jonathan (Hannah); his granddaughters, Addison, Belle, and Sadie, along with his nephews Rory (Jessica) and Riley (Missy).

In his memory, a visitation will be held at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, Bowmanville, on October 14, 2025, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing a pair of children or youth pajamas to the visitation or making a donation in his name through Tammy Staples at the Port Hope Police Service to continue his loving legacy.
