Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the age of 78.
Loving wife for 60 years to Gary. Mother of Stephanie (Keith) and Tracy (Carla). Grandmother of Emily (Clarissa), Connor, Liliana (Brody) and Nadia. Great grandmother of Ellie Rose.
As per Maria’s wishes, there will be no services, and cremation will take place.
The family would like to thank Dr. Booth, Dr. Hill, the nurses from Bayshore, Ontario Health at Home, Dr. ‘G’ from Health Sciences North and the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Unit for their care and compassion.
