SPINNNEY, Vida Louise Spinnney

It is with great sadness to announce that Vida Louise Spinney, born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2025 surrounded by family and loved ones. Vida has been a long-time resident of Prescott, Ontario. She will forever be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, friend, devoted Christian and chosen mom to many. Vida was predeceased by her parents Robert Douglas Spinney and Louise Eveleen Spinney, Sisters Arlene McCrae, Doreen Spinney, Marguerite Corey, Sandra Bradstreet, Robert Spinney, Linda Spinney, Charles Spinney, She will be missed by her children Terri-anne Lunnie (Sammy), Michael Corey (Tracy), grandchildren MacKenzie Sayeau, William Sayeau, Xavier Corey, Avalynn Corey, companion Keith Tracey, Sisters Elaine Hoyt (Blake), Joan Yemen (Doug) , Bonnie Carpenter (Raymond) brothers Hudson Spinney (Patti), Gordon Spinney. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local food bank. A celebration of life will be held in Prescott in January (date to be announced) as well as in Fredericton in early summer.
